We submit through the official Vietnam e-visa process. Standard official processing is about 3 working days. Track your status any time.

Are you the Vietnamese government?
No. The Viet Travel is an independent third-party company with no affiliation to the Government of Vietnam. You can apply on the official e-visa website yourself and pay only the government fee.
How long does it take?
Standard official processing is about 3 working days. The actual time is decided by the Vietnam Immigration Department. We do not offer or sell expedited processing.
What if my application is rejected?
The government fee is never refundable because it has been paid to the Government of Vietnam. If the rejection is our fault, we refund the service fee in full or re-apply for free. If it is due to inaccurate applicant information, the service fee is not refunded. The optional rejection cover includes one free re-application. See the Terms of Service.
Is my passport data safe?
Your passport image and personal data are used only for this application, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted after the retention period stated in our Privacy Policy.
